Our beef is 100% all-natural , USDA Premium Choice or higher, aged over 21 days, grass-fed, grain finished and Wyoming State inspected.

Our ground products are ground on site from whole muscle products, with no water, fillers, preservatives or gasses added.

Our pork is 100% all natural, regional, and highly marbled.  It is also Wyoming State inspected.

Sackett’s Market creates our own sausage in-house.  Try our breakfast sausage, hot Italian or sweet Italian with your next meal.

Pork counter features:

Bacon:  Applewood Smoked, Honey Cured, Pepper, and Whole Slab.

Ribs:  Baby Back, Spare, St. Louis Style, Country style; bone-in or boneless.

Crown Roast, Boston Butt/Pork Shoulder, Bone-in or boneless Center Chops, Pork Loin Roast, Smoked Hocks, and Ground Pork. We can season your roast for you with our specialty seasonings.

Lamb offerings:  Ground lamb, Boneless or Bone-in Leg, Chops, and Rack of Lamb.

We offer a garlic-herb filling for our boneless leg of lamb and we can season your lamb with our specialty seasonings.

All lamb cuts are custom cut to order.



Our seafood is flown in fresh, usually from Alaska.  We carry only wild caught seafood from U.S. waters.


Our offerings vary daily, but usually include Gulf Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab legs, Alaskan Salmon (in season), Alaskan Halibut (in season), and assorted seasonal fish.
